The seventh chapter of our exciting collection dedicated to the Western scores of Francesco de Masi features another great classic in the composer's discography: Quella sporca storia nel west (1968, JOHNNY HAMLET). Directed by Enzo G. Castellari, the film brings Shakespeare's story of Hamlet (played here by Andrea Giordana) to the Old West. This release can be easily considered the definitive one; in fact we used all of the material available in CAM's and the composer's archives, bringing the duration of the CD up to 51'18''. After being unavailable for so many years, it's a complete expanded that you can't miss! Another great step in our series dedicated to a great Italian artist and his work in the Western genre!
